I will personally coach you myself, supporting and guiding you throughout the
programme. You will gain access to our concierge coaching programme where you
have 16 workouts to complete over 8 weeks. Each 1 aimed at making you a healthier,
happier more confident mother. Throughout the 8 weeks i will cover every aspect of your
rehabilitation from internal health to external. Gone are they days of suffering from back pain or body confidence, this coaching method covers all of your desires.
The programme is designed to be flexible and work around your busy mum lifestyle, that it
can be completed in the comfort of your own home. No need to worry about gyms,
babysitters or insecure about going to busy classes.
