Welcome to Pregnant & Powerful, an online program designed to help coach, guide and support pregnant ladies through safe workouts. A program that is 100% accessible from anywhere in the world and from any time, this program has a new workout updated to your own personal portal every 7 days.
Workouts vary from strength, core, mobility and rehab, all aimed at providing women just like you with the healthiest pregnancy possible with little to no pain.
I’m sharing our workouts that have helped 100s of mums around the world before you throughout their pregnancy, from total beginner’s to more advanced, the benefits of following our online program is you have professional guidance throughout each workout but also you maintain your own pace to how you feel.
Over the next couple of months working together you will learn to connect to your body and baby more, understand the movements that benefit your pregnancy every day and increase your daily energy week by week.
Hey! I’m Ciaran and I’m one of the coaches that will be supporting and guiding you through each week. One of my favourite parts of pregnancy coaching is hearing personal stories and preferences, yes exercise is important, but I want to know more about you and your personal story also.
This allows me to help you further, create an environment that promotes health and happiness and allows everyone involved to build that trust. I also get really excited about birth planning and preferences so ask me anything and i’d be delighted to help.

We recommend mums in their second and third trimester to follow our program’s.
A simple resistance band from amazon is all you will need, otherwise we use kitchen chairs and household items for movements.
In your own personal time, you log on and complete when you are free, here I can see when you access the content, what you completed and how long you were active for. The program is aimed at working around your busy lifestyle.
We recommend mums to stay with us for as long as they can during their pregnancy, we have mums 12 weeks to 40 weeks and still working with our program’s. It’s recommended mum’s to exercise during pregnancy and this is a great way for staying active safely.
Payments are month to month cancel anytime, once subscription is canceled you lose access to your portal.
